1. Order Dispatch Timelines

All confirmed orders are processed and hygienically packed at our facility in Harishchandrapur, Maldah, West Bengal. Orders received before 2:00 PM IST on business days are dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays/national holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines depend on your geographic destination across India:

• Tier 1 Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad): 2 to 4 business days.
• Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
• North-East & Regional Outskirts: 5 to 7 business days.

3. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer FREE Delivery across all serviceable pincodes in India for orders valued at ₹499 and above. For orders below ₹499, a nominal standard shipping fee of ₹49 is automatically applied at checkout.

4. Cash On Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across most serviceable Indian pincodes. Customers are kindly requested to provide an accurate 10-digit mobile number and landmark so that our courier executive can coordinate delivery seamlessly.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email notification with your unique Airway Bill (AWB) number. You can also track your live shipment anytime on our Track Order page.
